How do I determine if I have normal skin? This is a frequently asked question.
Normal skin has a good balance of moisture, small pores and an even tone, and is the goal of most skin care regimens. Most people have normal skin.
The easiest way to determine healthy skin is to look in the mirror. The skin reveals the health of the body. It should not appear too pale, and should be smooth to the touch.

When pinched, it should return to normal almost immediately. It is free of wrinkles at rest, and has no visible blemishes or discolorations. Pores should not be enlarged.

If your skin belongs to a normal type, it has no significant traces of oil, feels vibrant, elastic, and supple.

It looks clean and smooth and has a good circulation and healthy complexion. Even with a minimum care, it will look good well into your advanced age.

But there is a saying, after 30 a woman looks the way she deserves. This means that the body stops laying down collagen about this time, and the skin will require care to look its' best. Youth will no longer keep it healthy. And just like the body, it needs work.

The best way to maintain the youthful look is to use our Bare Skin Care Program which contains all the ingredients necessary to maintain skin health and beauty. That is why we call it "Bare Skin". Using this program will prevent wrinkles, acne, help scars, remove discolorations - in short, it will return your skin to normal - and best of all, without the need for makeup.
