For women with acne, consider an oral contraceptive (combination with a low dose progestogen). If you are already on one, then change and see if it makes a difference.
Change your pillow case every other night, and use both sides so you will always be using a new side. Oils from your face and make-up can affect your skin.
It is also possible your make-up is making it worse. I prefer having my patients not use make-up, except lipstick, eyeliner, and minimal essentials. That is why I designed Bare Skin
